Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze D.O.C.G.
This wine has a delicate, pale yellow colour and a persistent slight bead.
Intensely fruity and flowery with persistent, refined bouquets, it leaves clear traces of good ripe fruit, especially 'golden' apples and wisteria flowers. Agreeable, supple, fresh and with a balanced body. It has great harmony and a long, intense aroma persistence, markedly fruity on the finish.
It is a dessert wine, although its character is exalted when accompanied by some types of cheese.
